What's up Supers!

We hope you’ve been having a fantastic summer filled with fun and rest! As we approach the end of summer, it may be time to get back into the swing of service! We have just the perfect chances for you.

ROCKS FOR TOTS

Our first division-wide service activity is happening THIS SUNDAY! Come join us for a fun-filled time where you can paint rocks to donate to hospitals while bonding with members across the division! We are hosting TWO sessions, one in Fremont and the other in San Jose. The information is found in the flyer below:

**IMPORTANT LOCATION INFO**

For the Fremont event, please meet at the Brook 2 Picnic Area at Lake Elizabeth. It’s found below in the map:

For the San Jose event, please meet at the study rooms at the Berryessa Branch Library. Walk straight forward through the entrance past the help desk and you’ll find the study rooms. D12E service coordinator Adelynn Le will also be at the entrance at the beginning of the event to direct you to the study rooms.

JULY DCM

If you haven’t already heard… Divisions 12E, 12S, and 12W are hosting a joint July DCM this coming Monday! Come join us to participate in COLOR WARS, a service project, and purchase snacks and drinks to support the Pediatric Trauma Program. This is a great opportunity to meet Key Clubbers from across Division 12, and make some lasting memories before the school year begins.

WHEN: Monday, July 29th, 2024

WHERE: Willow Street Bramhall Park (1320 Willow St, San Jose, CA 95125)

TIME: 1:00-3:00PM

WHO: Members, officers, and advisors of Division 12!

WHAT TO BRING: White shirt, cash, and your spirit!

WHAT IS COLOR WARS?

Color wars is where all members wear white shirts and you get the chance to throw colored powder on your friends, or even chase your LTG! This is an OPTIONAL activity, but it’s always a blast! Remember you may need to bring a change of clothes, some wet wipes, a towel, or plastic bag if you’d like to participate and stay clean afterwards (and in the car!).

SNACKS/DRINKS

We will be providing water, but you are still welcome to bring your own since it is a hot day!

Division 12 East will be selling:

Bomb Pops | $2

Ice Cream Sandwiches | $2

Classic Milk Tea | $6

Remember to RSVP to reserve your own treat and to bring cash. All proceeds will be going to PTP on behalf of D12E.
