cc is not running when i downgrade cf-release

Hi all,

   I hava deployed a CF. The env info: cf-release 172/stemcell 2605. But CC is not running after update when i downgraded to cf166. Any idea?

   I found the following stacks-trace in db_migrate.stderr.log:

As for the log, it seems that you should rollback the ccdb of your CF.
