The cf-release v206 was released on April 9th, 2015

Hello!

I think, it would be great to put this notes on github (e.g. in RELEASE_NOTES.md file) and mention them both in cf-release and diego-release. What do you think about it?

Thank you, I really did not mention them there first, but nevertheless it would be helpful to have a link to this page in README's of cf-release and diego-release. May be just some notes about where to find the compatibility mapping.

I've updated cf-release's Readme to link to the release notes.  It's currently on the develop branch and will be updated on master with the next final release.
