IBM Release Operations - Request for Licenses

Hi,

I'm a legal intern working on the release operations for Rational Application Developer, an IBM product. We were looking to use the open source repositories listed below; however, we weren't able to find any license associated with them. In order for us to be able to use them, we do need them to licensed. Would you be able to provide us with a license for each of them? Your help is greatly appreciated.
