bosh monitoring plugins documentation

I have CloudFoundry installed on AWS via Bosh. 

Going through Bosh Monitoring Docs I see that Bosh Monitoring does come with email, AWS CloudWatch plugins. How do I go about activating and configuring them?

Where can I get documentation on this? If there is one.

Researched a little bit more. Found that monitoring plugins can only be activated via a micro bosh deployment.

Let me know if anyone thinks otherwise.
