Cf services contrib release v5

Today a new services-contrib final release (v5) has been published.

In this release version you will find the following new features:

Spiff Templates
Spiff based templates have been added with support for mongodb, redis, postgresql andrabbitmq.
The usage instructions have been updated to reflect these changes.

Bosh-lite support
The 4 services mentioned now also work on bosh-lite (relevant readme section) and can be deployed alongside cf-release.

Lifecyle tests
To verify the deployed services work as expected lifecycle smoke tests have been added. Instructions for running the the tests can be found here.
