Instance metadata URL used in bosh-agent

Hey guys,

Is there any specific reason why we are trying to use the following
Instance Metadata URL here

https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh/blob/master/bosh_agent/lib/bosh_agent/infrastructure/aws/registry.rb#L9

I am wondering if we could replace "1.0" with "latest" because 1.0 was
the 1st implementation of the API, reference:

http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/AESDG-chapter-instancedata.html

Not sure how many other places are we referring to 1.0.
