Application failed to stage

Hi All ,

I recently deployed cloudfoundry on openstack. The deployment went smooth. Now while I am uploading the app it is giving  "Unable to detect the app by build packs " error /. I am posting my error while running cf push using CF_TRACE=true . please try to have a look at it

what does "cf buildpacks" return? perhaps the buildpacks are still be downloaded to the DEAs?

it seems build packs are there .  the output of the command is below . and the role was spaceDeveloper

When pushing, use a manifest file or use -p <pathToApp> option so only the Calculator.war file gets uploaded rather than everything in the current directory from where you are pushing

Also, does the war file have a WEB-INF/web.xml or something under a WEB-INF folder?
