[Stemcell builder] How do you create Vagrant box for stemcell builder?

Hey, all. I have several questions on stemcell builder.

Could you tell how did you create Vagrant box that is used for bosh stemcell builder ?

I mean Vagrant box that is specified with this link https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh/blob/master/bosh-stemcell/Vagrantfile#L10

I believe we use https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh-packer-templates to build a stemcell building VM; however, we recommend people to always use AWS stemcell building machines.

This project looks very interesting for me.

I can't see several steps in scripts of this project that are needed to run stemcell builder. For instances I needed to run `rake release:build_dev_release` to fill `bosh/release/src/bosh/bosh-release` folder. I guess there is some automation behind it.

Do you mean you had to run release:build_dev_release before building the OS image?

To be precise I needed it to perform bosh_micro_go from agent stages. Here is a link to the line that failed without this rake task.

Anyway, I already have working stages for stemcell building on my VM.
