We have released Cloud Foundry Eclipse 1.8.1, and it is now available from the following update site:

http://download.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/cloudfoundry

Installation instructions are here:

http://docs.cloudfoundry.org/buildpacks/java/sts.html#install

Changes include:

1. New Map/Unmap Project feature available through both the Servers view and Cloud Foundry editor that allows users to map or unmap an Eclipse workspace project to a selected deployed Cloud application
without necessarily having to push or restart the application again. This allows users to map a project to an already existing application that was deployed externally (CLI, another Eclipse workspace, etc..).

2. Update password fixed. Users can now update their passwords in existing Cloud Foundry server instances. It is no longer necessary to recreate the server instance through the
New Server wizard if the password is no longer valid.

3. Free service plans are now marked as such in the list of service plans when creating new services, and the plans are sorted starting with the free plans, so by default, a free plan is selected first
(if the service offers a free plan) when creating a service.

4. Better handling of HTTP errors when retrieving service icons in the New Service wizard.

5. Various other fixes for the Cloud Foundry console, Cloud domain lookup, and progress indication for long-running Cloud Foundry operations.
