bosh unable to extract release

Hi All , 

My name is bharath . I am currently working on deploying bosh over openstack . I am following standard documentation . I am stuck at extracting release . I checked the tmp folder in microbosh. I found t he release packages being uploaded but not extracted . The blow are the logs of the process

While running the monit summary 

I found  directory process showing - Execution failed  and health_monitor - connection failed

can anybody tell are there any mistake in the cf-stub or manifest file
