Connection Error while using HIVE in Hue Editor

Please give me solution of error : "Could not connect to any of [('172.31.6.77', 10000)] (code THRIFTTRANSPORT): TTransportException("Could not connect to any of [('172.31.6.77', 10000)]",)" while using Hive in Hue Editor.

it also shows "error loading database".
