Hue 4.7 Oozie editor permission denied

After ungrading to Hue 4.7, I am getting the error below and I am not allowed to access the Oozie editor anymore. Not sure why the permission for the oozie editor would change here.

Seems to me Hue 4.7 is missing a migration to add the scheduler app to the list of Hue Permissions.
