Notebook Github integration Authorization callback URL

I am trying to set up the GitHub integration in the Notebooks app, with our GitHub instance.

What is the "Authorization callback URL" for the Hue instance that should be configured in the GitHub OAuth applications settings, for the purposes of GitHub integration in the Notebooks app?  What's the correct format for the URL expected by Hue?

git support was not completely finalized yet: https://issues.cloudera.org/browse/HUE-951

The idea was to do github first, then custom hosted github (so not tested yet). Target is Hue 4. But the core blocks are there and it might just need a bit of tweaking.
