can i launch my spark notebook using oozie scheduling?

currently Hue with oozie can execute jar or .py file. 

have you plat to do scheduling notebook job?

No, not yet, but in the version after Hue 3.10 it will be possible to drag & drop any Hue document (query, pig, notebook...) and convert it into an Oozie coordinator
