Spark Submit Jar does not respect the parameters in the configuration panel

I am trying to use spark-submit jar and trying to configure executors and send files to it. But those parameters are not getting respected due to Hue's spark_batch.py file not capturing those information. So Hue is giving that possibility for users to configure them but just ignores user input.
