Can we run two hue(3.12 and 4.1) version at the same time on different port

Good morning!

Could anyone please tell me if we can run two hue(3.12 and 4.1) version at the same time on different ports.

I am not able to start hue3.12 while hue4.1 is running.

I have kept Hue 3.12  under /usr/local/hue3 and Hue 4.1 is kept under /usr/local/hue
