Enhance user profile to allow adding S3 credentials and RDBMS credentials.

This is more of an enhancement than a bug. Currently s3 credentials are hardcoded in Hue.ini. It would be great if those credentials are configured with the user profile so the connection to S3 can use them to connect each logged in user with his/her credentials rather using 1 credential for everyone.

Also for RDBMS and Indexer JDBC connections, it would be great to add a section to the user profile allowing for configuring these credentials and the user can use them to connect to each RDBMS.
