Ranger Hue Integration

I have used Hue with CDH and loved how it integrates with Sentry for authorization on Hive and Impala tables. I wish there is a way to also integrate Hue with Ranger so I can manage Hive authorization using Ranger from within Hue, instead of Sentry.

Ranger and Hue are open source and open source and accept contributions. For now the Hue team is focusing on Sentry
