how to change the hue to Chinese

I want to change hue to Chinese, modify the hue-3.11.0 / desktop / core / src / desktop / settings.py file, and then re-implement the make apps, no success

LANGUAGE_CODE = 'zh_Hans'

https://github.com/cloudera/hue/issues/139 or 'Hadoop' user on top, then 'Language preference' on step 2 (or should be automatically detected from your Browser)
