Spark notebook still developed

Is the spark notebook still developed?
It looks to me that Livy and spark notebook is kind of abandoned.

Hue Editor/Notebook is actively developed even if focuses more on SQL: http://gethue.com/sql-editor/

Livy is pretty active and moved to Apache: http://livy.incubator.apache.org./
