Hi Jay, I have the same problem. Sometimes a case has no temperature or blood pressure documented in the EHR – our files are getting rejected and I’m unable to complete testing. I opened a ticket and had to submit a partial test file for IPRO to look at (not sure how that will help), no answer yet.
Regarding Doppler, MAPs, etc., DOH does not want them submitted, only systolic and diastolic.

I have a couple of questions
I have cases with no patient temperatures. The two I looked at the patient had coded in the ER. How should we handle this type of case?
Also, I have a case where the only blood pressures are doppler BPs, which are not systolic or diastolic. How should I handle this?
Thanks,

On the IPRO call this morning we were instructed to exclude those encounters and submit a help desk ticket describing how many encounters were excluded and the circumstances surrounding the exclusion – what fields were missing and why if possible.

I missed the call this morning. Was there any discussion about the Pediatric e-sepsis. I believe the data dictionary was release late last week.
