Cake PHP screen?

Anyone else getting redirected to a screen that says cakePHP the rapid development? I've submitted a ticket but am wondering if it's something file related?

That sounds like an error with the web server for IPRO.  CakePHP is a PHP version which is a dynamic language/server for websites. I am not sure what would cause that error...
