Is the Sesame interface available outside of the programing API?

From the Doc of ToBraid i need to provide the following info:

Connecting to a Sesame Remote Repository

Once the repository is set up, you can use a wizard to create a connection to it. Select a target folder or project in the Navigator and then pick New > RDF/OWL Sesame 2 Repository Connection... This will open a wizard with the following settings:

  • File name is the name of a local file in the Eclipse workspace. The system will automatically append the suffix .s2r to indicate that this is a Sesame Remote Repository. This file will serve as a placeholder of the actual repository so that you can open and import it from TopBraid Composer.
  • Base URI defines the URI under which the repository will be known to other ontologies. This is particularly important if you want to import the repository into another model. In the example above, the system will automatically connect to the repository if an ontology imports the URI http://www.openrdf.org/sesame/museum. The base URI setting is stored in the s2r file and can be changed later.
  • Service URL is the URL of the Sesame service that hosts the repository. The example above is actually an example server hosted by the Sesame developers - and you can try it out yourself.
  • User name and password are required if the service has restricted access. For anonymous access, use an empty user name.
  • Sesame Repository ID is the internal ID used by Sesame to find the right repository on the server. If the service URL (and user name and password) have been entered, you can pressFetch Repositories to get a list of available repositories. Then you can pick one of them in the drop down box.
  • Overwrite existing repository content should be used with care because it wipes out any pre-existing content in the repository. This is only needed if you or someone else had already used the same repository ID in the past and you want to replace the existing contents.

Is there a way to do it?
