4.1.2 WARN message in logs

After upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.1.2 and tailing the server log when writes are happening I see a lot of messages like this that I didn't see before:

Does restarting the server after the upgrade get rid of these warnings?

Yes, those warnings go away after server restart
