Hi, I have an ontology created with protege OWL 3.5, saved in OWL Functionnal Format. when i tried to load this ontology, i get this error  

Errors were encountered during loading:

File: //examples/data/AnnotOnto_Semantic_Version_Populated.owl Message: Contenu non autorisé dans le prologue. [line 1, column 1]

so i changed the format to owl/xml but also i get this error

Errors were encountered during loading:

File: //examples/data/ontologyowlxml.owl Message: unqualified attribute 'ontologyIRI' not allowed [line 8, column 62]

Is OWL/DL supported by Stardog?

Diana,

You may find the list of supported formats in the man pages [1]. The OWL functional syntax and the OWL/XML syntax are not supported. You may use Protege to save your ontology in one of the supported formats.
