from the date my knowledge base have reached 1 million triples I'm starting to see quite often the error:
Is it a known issue?

com.complexible.stardog.plan.eval.operator.OperatorException: There was a fatal failure during preparation of 89b1584e-b580-4d20-aae0-ccab259b94e2 RDF index prepare fail
even with the simpler sparql update queries (e.g.: load <url:myKB> into graph <iri:temp> ).Is it a known issue?

Can you provide a self-contained example that demonstrates the behavior?
Also, what is the stacktrace in the log file for the corresponding error?
