How to install the Ckanext-spatial on Ubuntu 18.04

Dear the Ckan development team.

I need the map review in the CKAN.

https://docs.ckan.org/projects/ckanext-spatial/en/latest/ <== I found the Geo plugin for the CKAN.

https://docs.ckan.org/projects/ckanext-spatial/en/latest/install.html#install-postgis-and-system-packages <== I read it but the PostGIS install on the Ubuntu 14.0.4. This document too old.

Today, I use the Ubuntu 18.04 server.

Does anyone have experience installing the Geo Plugin?
