Let’s face it IT is the unsung hero of every organization. While everyone else is busy making PowerPoints and attending meetings, we’re the ones keeping the lights on (literally, sometimes). With over six years of experience in systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT support, I’ve made it my mission to ensure networks run smoothly, users stay productive, and cyber threats are kept at bay.  

Currently, as a Systems Administrator and Cybersecurity Specialist at NuFocus Group, I’ve been configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and leading cybersecurity initiatives. Before that, at AI Haktur IT Solutions, I supported over 200 users and achieved a 95% satisfaction rate because, shockingly, people prefer it when their computers actually work. And yes, I’ve also spent time as a Customer Care Representative at Globacom Limited, where I mastered the art of translating tech jargon into plain English a skill that’s surprisingly rare in this field.  

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Systems Management & Cybersecurity, along with certifications like CompTIA A+ and ISC² Cybersecurity. I’ve worked with everything from Windows Server and Linux to Cisco routers and cloud platforms because, let’s be honest, IT is never boring.
