Is posible to build a custom form in CKAN?

Kind regards.

Is possible for a CKAN plugin to have a custom form build from scratch?.

I am planning on using CKAN for a university project, the only thing additional thing that i would require is the ability to build  custom forms.

This is most likely what you are looking for --> ckanext-scheming

Allows you to customize the package/resource forms.
