CKAN-Command "search-index rebuild-fast"

Hello Ckan team, 

since CKAN 2.9.5, the CKAN command "search-index rebuild-fast" aborts with the following database error:

psycopg2.DatabaseError: error with status PGRES_TUPLES_OK and no message from the libpq

We tried to run the command using the WSGI server gunicorn as well as uwsgi but still getting the error above. Any idea what we can do that this command works again ?
