No module named 'factory' Error while creating test data

I have been trying to follow getting started guide but I am facing issues while creating test data. I tried pip install Factory and got an error. I have attached screenshots of the error.

The error message is trying to help you here. Try:

pip install -r dev-requirements.txt

This will install, amongst other things Factory Boy (not Factory, which
is something else).
