New CKAN 2.11 version, patch release 2.10.5 now available

Hi all,

The CKAN Tech Team is happy to announce the release of the latest CKAN version, 2.11.0.

We have also made available patch releases for the 2.10.x version with important security fixes, so please upgrade as soon as possible if you have an instance running this version.
