Dear Int-Law List:
Here is a quick update on my question about Greek arbitration laws. We’ve been able to find four of the five Greek arbitration laws. The only one we haven’t been able to locate is:
I think this is a codification of the “new” Greek code of civil procedure effective 1968.
I may have the law number wrong, but can anyone provide any guidance on how we might get access to the 1967 Greek Code of Civil Procedure.
For what it’s worth, here are the amendments I was able to locate:
