Good afternoon,

We are seeking a copy of the decision of - Social and Economic Rights Action Center (SERAC) and Center for Economic and Social Rights (CESR) v Nigeria (Communication No 155/96) [2001] ACHPR 35 that has the ACHPR in the header/front page for a court proceeding.

The only version of the decision we have been able to obtain online through the ACHPR website doesn’t have the header or front page. Would anyone have another version available to share or could point us in the right direction who might? Or is this the correct version our lawyers can present in court?

We have tried the Registrar at ACHPR and the email from the ACHPR website.

Any help is much appreciated.

Many thanks,
