Needed: Case Law from Turkey

Dear Int-Law Colleagues:

 

I am having difficulty finding the following cases from Turkey.  English would be preferred, but I understand that is a longshot. The original in Turkish would also be very helpful.

 

If anyone can help us locate these cases, your efforts would be much appreciated. 

 

Here is what we know about the cases:

 

• Court of Appeals for the 12th Circuit (Decision of the 12th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation) File No. 2004/6469, and Decision No. E 2004/13007 K
• Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit File No. 2013/10023 and Decision No. 2013/13933
• Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit File No. 2009/10643 and Decision No. 2009/10643
• Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit File No. 2010/15750 and Decision No. 2012/5611
