Help needed with a Canadian citation

Dear Int-Lawers

Hope this finds you well.

I’ve been asked to source a copy of a case with the citation Air Canda (Re) [2003] OJ No. 1157, p3.

On consulting legal dictionaries, I discovered that OJ could stand for Ontario Judgments which is a set (?) of unreported judgments. I would like to look for this case on CANLII, but I need to know which Court this matter was heard in.

If anyone has access to the Ontario judgments, could you please find out which Court this was heard in so I can try CANLII ?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
