Global Librarianship Course

Dear friends and colleagues, 

I'm currently teaching an online asynchronous course through the University of Arizona's College of Information called Global Librarianship. 

As part of the course, students create their own video presentations on libraries and archives (some of them within legal institutions) from all over the world while using core tenets, frameworks and theories of Global Librarianship. To inspire them, I have also included videos from librarians and archivists that I know throughout the world sharing with students what global conversations they see playing out in their respective institutions and even countries. 

If you are located anywhere in sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East or Central Asia and would like to participate, please reply to this email or you can also email me at marce...@arizona.edu. As I mentioned to our participants, these short videos are for educational purposes, and they will only be shared in the context of my course.
