Hello all,

I'm trying to find a copy of Sentencia No. 002-0524 (12 September 2014) of the Corte Constitucional del Ecuador. Unfortunately, the Court's website (<https://www.corteconstitucional.gob.ec/>) seems to be suffering a prolonged outage, and I've been unable to locate the document elsewhere. Is anyone able to supply a copy or offer other suggestions?
