Help locating expert opinion in Fossil (UK) Global Services restructuring filing?

I’m hoping to find a copy of an expert opinion/expert report by U.S. Judge James Peck (possibly dated 2 October 2025, possibly submitted in “Schedule 12”) that should be part of a Fossil Group/Fossil (UK) Global Services Ltd. Chapter 15 filing in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales (CR-2025-007011). The related U.S. case is: Fossil (UK) Global Services Ltd, Docket No. 4:25-bk-90525 (Bankr. S.D. Tex. Oct 20, 2025). More info here. And see the Restructuring Plan here.
There are no publicly available documents via CE-File.
Are there any other options for getting a copy of this expert opinion?
BTW, several articles have been written about the importance of this restructuring plan.
