Greetings to you all members of this platform

I am reaching out for an urgent article/ despatch needed for our Constitution Law unit this week

Its called   Salis­bury Des­patch of 1875

Have searched online and asked our National Archives and USP Library but no luck

Have got some readings online that make reference to the Salisbury despatch BUT NOT the despatch proper 

Thanking you all in advance and looking forward to hearing/ receiving the requested despatch with fingers crossed
