Pages from the Costs in International Arbitration text

Dear colleagues,

I’m trying to track down a copy of Costs in International Arbitration by C. Ong & M O'Reilly, (LexisNexis, 2013). I just need to get a copy paragraph 5.8 from pages pp 84 – 85 if anyone has it in their collection and is happy to supply.

 

According to Trove, the National Library catalogue, no Australian library holds a copy.
