Hello International Law Librarians

I wonder if anyone can assist with this citation, which is referenced in Blackstone’s Criminal Practice (section B3.59 of the latest edition)

Gauthier Can Cr L. Digest 42887

We had assumed the publication was Canadian Criminal Law Digest, but we can only find on old 1920 publication with this title, and there is a Gauthier case in that but on a different subject matter, and the reference doesn’t match

Can anyone point us towards where we might find this digest ?
