Help sought in locating pages in a book on tax treaties

I hope this finds you well.

 

I’ve been asked to source pages from a book that deals with tax treaties.  We don’t have the textbook in our collection, and I don’t think any libraries in South Africa hold it either. Would anyone be able to assist in supplying the following ?

 

• Shelton Interpretation and Application of Tax Treaties (2004) 270 - 285
