Assistance in Locating Egyptian Laws

Dear Colleagues,

 

I am seeking assistance in locating copies of the following Egyptian laws. I currently do not have access to EastLaws.com, and I have not been able to find them through other sources.

 A copy of the law in Arabic would be perfectly fine, although an English translation would be greatly appreciated if available.

 

Any assistance or guidance you can provide would be most helpful.

Decree-Law No. 199 of 1952 (المرسوم بقانون رقم ١٩٩ لسنة ١٩٥٢)
