Elusive 2024 UK decision (KB)

Good morning, and happy Monday!

 

I am hoping someone will be able to get us a copy of this elusive decision, which does not appear to be on Bailii, is unfindable on any other free sites, and is not in Lexis: Graham Hunter Martin v Herbert Smith, [2024] EWHC 1485 (KB). It has been cited in another decision and has been summarized by some law firms, so fairly certain it is not a hallucination.
