Salut Int-Law! Tarlton is not one of the happy law libraries with online access to Recueil des Cours (we have it in print, but tristement, with gaps in recent volumes). Therefore, I turn to Int-Law in search of a 2024 lecture in volume 446: Natural Justice in Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments, by A. Dickinson, I think. Volume 446 is happily resting on my knees this moment, and it contains a large part of Mr Dickinson as the pages number from 304 to 546, including a nice photo of the aforementioned.
I might scan seven batches of digestible 30 plus pages later today and deliver if there’s no one here taking the burden of cutting out the e-version and bothers to let me know
