Dear all
We are looking for the original French decision Hilton v Guyot (not the later US cases). We have tried the French subscription sites to which we have access, as well as free sites but not found it.
Please could some kind librarian assist on this one?
Tribunal de commerce de la Seine (Paris), January 20, 1883, affirmed by Cour d’appel de Paris, 1884.
It involved Charles Fortin & Cie v. A.T. Stewart & Co., later enforced by Guyot (liquidator) v. Hilton & Libbey in the U.S.
Thanks in advance
S
