Longshot requests!

Today I have a couple of long-shot requests for some older, unpublished arbitration decisions:

 

Award of 4 Aug. 1995 in ICC case no. 7056 (unpublished)

PT Putrabali Adyamulia v. Rena Holding, GAFTA, supplementary Award – August 21^st 2003

 

If anyone has any idea as to how I could obtain these decisions, I would be very appreciative!

Hope you all had nice weekends!

 

As a quick follow-up, FYI only and in case you might be interested, I learned from GAFTA that all Gafta Arbitrations are private, and that they do not make any Awards of Arbitration public (not even redacted versions). In line with Gafta’s retention policy, they do not hold any documents or Awards relating to Arbitrations post six months after the Award of Arbitration is issued.

 

I am still looking for:

 

Award of 4 Aug. 1995 in ICC case no. 7056 (unpublished)

 

As well as this new one:  Hilmarton Ltd. v. Omnium de Traitement et de Valorisation S.A., ICC Case No. 5622, award of April 10th 1992.

 

I thought I would be able to find Hilmarton, but instead found just about every other related decision, including the original arbitration decision and all the French court decisions (I looked in Rev Arb, Bulletin ASA, JDI, Fouchard, Gaillard, Goldman). They all refer to this second arbitration happening, but I can’t seem to find the text of it (although I found a pretty detailed summary here).
