Hello all,

I was recently looking to locate an authorized version of part of Ohio State law, specifically Ohio Revised Code § 3701.13.

I tried to access www.legislature.ohio.gov but was unable to connect as it kept timing out. I don’t know if this is because of an issue with the State website which I initially tried to access via State Legislature Websites | Congress.gov | Library of Congress.

This URL is also taking too long to load - codes.ohio.gov/orc/ - and then tells me I need to be authenticated to access it.

Our IT department was able to provide a work-around of sorts but I am not certain that what I obtained that way is actually the up to date (current), authorized version of the legislation in question.

I was able to find the content via FindLaw and our subscription to Westlaw but it is not in the same format as the original (authorized) version.

If anyone can help with either the link or any other official locations to find state codes and/or could supply the authorized version of that part of the Ohio Revised Code it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Sarah
